The challenge

Mental health-related services face a unique digital challenge: trust is the main conversion barrier.

Most users do not evaluate neurotherapy services based on design alone, but on perceived:

credibility
safety
professionalism
emotional reassurance

The main problem was not traffic or visibility, but hesitation at the decision stage.

Strategic Approach

To position Chahinez Belhajd Ezzine as a top-tier neurotherapist, the strategy centered on Cognitive Trust. The goal was to build a cross-border digital ecosystem that resonated with two distinct markets (Algeria and the UAE) while maintaining a unified, premium aesthetic. I focused on a “Low-Friction”
UX ensuring that a patient’s journey from “information seeking” to “booking a session” felt therapeutic in itself.

Content Strategy & UX Flow

Each section exists to reduce friction toward booking. Every section answers one question in the user’s mind: “Can I trust this to help me?” — before asking them to book. That’s conversion psychology, not decoration.

Build empathy first (people looking for emotional support don’t convert from cold pages)

This became the core structure you see on the site: Hero → Benefits → Testimonials → Booking form.

Each section exists to reduce friction toward booking. No decorative blocks. Every component supports trust or conversion.
